Chaos Machina

For as long as I can remember always wanted to publish my own game. Like a lot of indie game developers I often attempted to create games that were way out of scope for a single person. 3 months ago I decided to finally ship a game and now it’s here.

Chaos Machina is a fast-paced bullethell game which you can just pick up and played in short bursts. No cutscenes, no massive UI, no walls of text, no user retention gimmicks - just pick up and have fun whenever you have free time. Each run takes at most 10 minutes and the idea is to get into flow state in that time. How well did I achieve that, well you can tell me :)

Other than music and sound effects which I bought, everything is created by me. Built with Jai programming language.

Where to buy

Released March 7th 2025 on Steam, and playable on Windows and Linux.
